Yörük - Lahmacun

Lahmacun (pronounce: Lahmadjun) is a thin pizza-like piece of dough topped with minced meat (most commonly beef and lamb), minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and parsley. It is often called Turkish pizza. Yörük Lahmacun can be best enjoyed warm with lemon juice sprinkled on top or filled with salad or vegetables.
