Yörük - Dürüm 25cm

The flat Dürüm bread can be seen as the Turkish interpretation of a Mexican tortilla. It is very popular as Dürüm Kebab where the bread is wrapped around Döner meat with salad and sauce. Yörük Dürüm is ready-to-eat, it tastes as if it was freshly baked with its smooth thus firm consistency.
