Kallavi - Lahmacun

Lahmacun (pronounce: Lahmadjun) is a thin pizza-like piece of dough topped with minced meat (most commonly beef and lamb), minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and parsley. It is often called Turkish pizza. They can be enjoyed with lemon juice sprinkled on top or filled with salad or vegetables. Kallavi Lahmacun are deep-frozen and within a few minutes in the oven or microwave ready to eat.
