Established in 2004, the new raki brand Efe quickly managed to gain influence on the market. Within six months after its introduction on the market, Efe already overtook all its selling expectations. Shortly after introducing its first product "Efe Raki", the following additional products were successfully launched: “Efe Fresh Grapes”, “Cilingir”, “Sari Zeybek”, “Kara Efe”, “Efe Organik” and “Cilingir Xtra”. Efe’s only production facility is located at Izmir’s industrial zone where experts supervise and facilitate the quality of Efe’s several production branches. At the internationally famous San Francisco World Spirits Competition Efe’s specialty Efe Fresh Grapes Raki was awarded with the “Double Gold Medal” in 2010. It is also the first Turkish raki made from fresh grapes ever. Today, Efe’s seven products are sold in 24 different package sizes.
